Loan Masters LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Loan Masters"), is a direct lender providing business financing to U.S. businesses. All financing is subject to underwriting review, verification of submitted information, and creditworthiness. Loan amounts, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and other conditions vary by product, applicant profile, and applicable law. Final terms are set forth in the binding agreement executed at funding.
Loan Masters is not a bank. We do not accept deposits or provide consumer financial products. Our products are intended for business and commercial purposes only.
Loan Masters LLC is an equal opportunity lender. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
SBA loans referenced on this site are 7(a) loans originated by Loan Masters LLC as a participating lender in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 7(a) Loan Program. All SBA loans remain subject to SBA eligibility requirements, SBA underwriting standards, and SBA review. Maximum 7(a) loan size is $5 million; terms run up to 10 years for working capital, equipment, acquisition, and refinance, and up to 25 years for owner-occupied commercial real estate. Loan Masters is not the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBA does not endorse any particular lender, product, or rate.
Where required, Loan Masters maintains commercial lending and broker licenses in the states where we originate financing. Specific state license numbers and disclosures are provided upon request and at the time of any specific financing offer.
State license numbers and NMLS identifiers will be listed here upon completion of state licensing.
Several states (including but not limited to California, New York, Utah, and Virginia) require commercial financing providers to deliver standardized cost-of-financing disclosures to applicants prior to or at the time of an offer. Loan Masters provides each state's required disclosure with the binding offer in those jurisdictions, as required by applicable law.
Submission of an application or pre-qualification request does not guarantee approval of any financing. All decisions are made at Loan Masters' sole discretion and are subject to underwriting, verification, and applicable law. Pre-qualified amounts are not commitments to lend.
